This evergreen tree was sitting in our backyard, all covered with snow. Once we got started on the deck project, we decided that we are going to clear this space out this spring and cut the tree down. We thought that it was such a lovely shape, wouldn't it make a lovely Christmas tree?
Here is a view of the tree from the top deck of the carriage house.....it really looks like the perfect tree for our living room! John cuts the tree down, 2 days before Christmas. 
Here she is, standing in the living room , all ready to decorate!
All decked out, isn't she a beauty? The boughs were perfect to hang our ornaments from and really show them off. (She does look like she is leaning a bit in this photo, but I think it is the photographer!!)
Lovely In the glow of the lights, this year's tree is the prettiest one ever!!
